new news on leahs lawsuit.
Ive recently gotten some news from a neighbor at the house that Leah was hurt at, telling me that they themselves had called police at least 40 times on the people. They said that someone in the neighborhood called the property owners, and told them of the hoardes of drunken, high children at all hours of day and nite, etc at the house. Well....that is all my attorney needed! We can go full force after the prop owner, the renters, who now have a place in big bear cali, and the murderers family. Since no justice in justice court, we're fred goldmaning it, and going after them civilly...maybe someone out there will dole out some kind of punishment on these people. I've been officially named the trustee/executer of her estate, and what a more beautiful thing than to be able to kick these people in the balls for her. |

You go girl, and get them for everything you can. Sometimes people don't feel pain except when you hit them in their wallet, so you clean it out and that house in big bear, well I think you would look great in it, Leah is up there cheering saying "Go Mom". Prayers and thanks Frances Quick line, when the shooter got sentenced that Friday, he sat so glum and with no remorse even though he was going away for life, but as soon as our DA told him and you owe restatution for $10,000 he started grabbing at his attorney asking "What, why do I have to pay?" Hitting some people in the wallets is exactley how to make them pay. Again YOU GO GIRL!!! |

Thanks guys, I wouldnt take any of the money. No amount in the world would bring her back or fix her. I have decieded if anything ever comes of it, Im setting up a trust, for the education of her bro n sister, as I will never be able to do that, and when I had cancer in Jan of 05, my leah was ssooo worried, she told me she wanted to emancipate herself, and try to get custody of the kids so they wouldnt have to go to live w their dads. What greater triumph for her, to be a part of raising them, and sending them to college to be successful adults! She would be honored im sure. They can have the house in big bear n freeze in it. Hopefully they'll all drop dead after. |

I didn't mean to sound selfish about the house in big bear, I just mean so many people have so much from not doing right in this world, so why do they get to have it all, and as far as the trust fund, Good going, the money that we made for Jr BBQ, and car wash was put into a trust fund for his kids, it was only 3,200.00 per child, but they are young so when they reach 18 the lady that we have says they will have about 30,000. So mutual funds, or trust fund is a good idea. And again you go girl... |
