A ROLLER COASTER RIDE!
HELLO MOM'S,I KNOW EVERY MOM ON HERE CAN RELATE TO A NO GOOD JUSTICE SYSTEM WE HAVE,!!!OUR CHILDREN HAVE NO VOICE,NO HELP,AND NO RIGHT'S!!IT MAKES ME SICK,ANGRY,BITTER,YES WE NEED A NEW PRESIDENT,BUT WHAT ABOUT A NEW JUSTICE SYSTEM!!WE JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH OUR KID'S GET MURDERED AT THE KILLER'S WALK FREE,NO NOT RIGHT AT ALL,WE AS MOTHER'S HAVE RIGHT'S,EVERY MONTH SINCE MY BABY WAS KILLED,AND ONE OF HIS MURDER'S WAS CAUGHT,I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FOURTH TO N.O. FOR GAMES,SETBACK'S,MOTION'S,PRE-TRIAL'S,WHAT THE HELL!!LESS THAN A MINUTE TO A HOUR MY SON WAS KILLED,AND THAT WAS THAT TO THEM,BUT NOW THESE PEOPLE IN THE COURT SYSTEM AND JUDGES ARE PLAYING WITH MY MIND,I KNOW AND EVERY ONE WHO IS INVOLVED KNOW THIS FOOL KILLED MY CHILD,DROPPING BOND'S,AND THE MURDER CHARGE IS SICK TO ME,WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM DO WE HAVE???NOW ON MARCH 6,08,WE ARE GOING TO ANOTHER PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE,AND ON TOP OF THAT THE JUDGE IS RETIRING,AND THE DA HAS QUIT,ALWAY'S A NEW DA ON THE CASE,JUST SAD,I AM SO ANGRY,THIS FOOL WANT'S TO GET OUT OF ANGOLA PRISON TO GO BACK TO ORLEANS PARISH JAIL,AND HIS WISH WAS GRATED,WELL I HAVE A WISH CAN I GET MY SON BACK PLEASE JUDGE?I DON'T THINK SO,ANGRY MOM,LOVE TONY'S-MOM-MICHELLE! |

Oh Michelle, I remember every court date. I used to think the exact same thing, please just give me my son back that is all I want. I want to see him, hug him hold him and tell him how much I love him. Why does his murderers get to live, breathe and go in front of the judge after they brutally murdered my son who did nothing but be good to their a$$. Michelle, you are one of the nicest MOMS I have met. You are always so supportive to other moms and so kind to all our Angels, and I admire your strengh and faith. YOu have every reason to be angry and fed up with the criminal justice system. I am sorry you are going through all that, it is hard, but you will make it for Tony. And, soon you will be sitting in that courtroom and you will feel Tony sitting right there next to you. I'll never forget your Tony or you, thank you for everything my friend. Michelle I have to agree with Diane you are ONE of the biggest supporters on this site your name is on I can always count on to remember my son and support me!I hope I can be a support to you as well.I can't say I know what the court part of this is like as my sons murderer is still prowling the streets.It is so unfair to see this killer get his wishes granted,what about your wishes ,your sons wishes!What are these judges thinking?I have seen you sons smile that I can't help but be drawn to he is such a beautiful person you can just see it.I have seen what they did to your baby it makes me just sick!!I pray justice(such that it is)come swiftly and harshly!There never can really be justice 4 this!!!I pray you and your boys have peace and comfort!!! |

SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE THE JUSTICE. SYSTEM SUCKS THAY JUST DOING ALL KINDS OF CRIMES AN GETTING A WAY WITH THEM.WONDER WHEN THAY WILL WAKE UP....... AN SEE WHATS GOINGS ON OR THAY ARE JUST STUPED................WONDER ,MICHELLE GIRL YOU KEEP YOUR HEAD UP JUSTICE WILL GET SERVE TONY DEATH WILL NOT BE IN VAIN....OUR GOD DO NOT SLEEP. Oh Michele, isn't there any higher power you can write to, like a judge above that judge? I don't know the system, as my son killer(s) are still walking freely, we don't still know who or why which eats at me every day. I wish I knew what you could do, could you start writing to the news media about all this? Sometimes getting your name out there and letting everyone know you aren't going to give up until justice is served, its just a thought. You are always in my prayers. |
