HELLO MOMS, I HAVE A QUESTION? AND THIS HAS BEEN BOTHERING ME A LOT..... WE ALL VERY MUCH KNOW AND REMEMBER WHEN OUR CHILDREN WERE MURDERED.... THIS IS SOMETHING NONE OF US WILL OBVIOUSLY EVER FORGET.... BUT DO YOU THINK THAT THE SCUM BAGS THAT MURDERED OUR CHILDREN REMEMBER?? I MEAN, DO YOU THINK THAT THEY REMEMBER THE DAY AS IT APPROACHES? OR DO YOU THINK THAT THEY LOOK OVER THEIR SHOULDERS MORE AROUND THAT TIME, OR ARE THEY JUST PLAIN STUPID?? I JUST DONT KNOW... DO SOME OF THEM ACTUALLY SHOW REMORSE?? OR ARE THEY SO INHUMAN THAT THEY JUST DONT FEEL ANYTHING?? I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO HEAR SOME OF YOUR INPUT ON THIS..... I LOVE YOU GIRLS... MICHELLE |

Michelle, I know the animal that murdered Wendy showed no remorse for murdering her. She has NEVER said, "I am sorry." She told so many lies even on the witness stand. She tried to blame it on someone else. She told graphic details on the stand about how Wendy looked in death. No, she did not cry even then. The first time, I got to visit this animal she did ask, "Do you think you and Wendy can forgive me? I said, "Wendy forgave you the moment Jesus took her hand. I can NEVER forgive you, you took something too precious from me. Was it remorse, no I do not think so. She has only cried because she got caught. She bragged over a year before she murdered Wendy, she could do anything she wanted in DeSoto County and get a way with it. She did not know Wendy's murder would make sure she wouldn't. I am only sorry that evil beast got a slap on the hand, and could not find a jury to convict her on murder. I got to sit alone across from this animal once again, at the prison system. We know others were involved in Wendy's murder... They had me go to talk to this evil being. She wanted to tell me in more graphic detail how much my Angel suffered, how long she cried out for me, and the rest of the pain, she inflicted on Wendy. It is a wonderful, I did not reach across that table and do her the same way she did Wendy. However, that is the difference in us, we cannot do this to another one, no matter, what that animal has done to us. Plus, I had to give my word, I would not touch this evil animal.. I always keep my word. I have heard there are some that are really sorry, if they could change it, they would. However, I am willing to bet it is only about 3% that feel like this. I KNOW THE SON OF A B---H THAT TOOK MY SON IS INHUMAN BECAUSE AFTER HE MURDER MY SON ON 01/03/07 HE KILLED SOMEONE ELSE AND HE IS STILL OUT THERE AND THERE WAS A TIME THAT HE WAS FRIENDS WITH MY SON AND THE OTHER BOY HE MURDERED BUT FROM MY UNDERSTANDING HE MURDERED MY SON BECAUSE HE SAID MY SON ACKED LIKE HE WAS SO MUCH SMARTER THEM HIM AND HE DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY MY SON TALKED TO HIM IN OTHER WORDS HE MURDERED MY SON BECAUSE THEY HAD BAD WORDS SO I KNOW HE IS INHUMAN HOW CAN SOONE MURDER TO OTHER'S? AND SLEEP I THINK HE HAS MURDERED OTHERS AND PEOPLE WON'T TELL BECAUSE THEY THINK HE WILL MURDER THEM. SO YOU ARE THINK JUST LIKE I DO AND IT'S SAD THAT WE MOMS HAVE TO BE SAD AND LOST AND LONLY WITH OUT OUR BABIES AND THERE MOTHERS WILL BE HAPPY LIKE THEY HAVE THE BEST KIDS BUT WE ALL KNOW THERE KIDS ARE NOGOOD AND WILL NEVER BE ANTTHING AND IT WILL BE A DAY THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH OUR FATHER GOD FOR THE SADNESS THE PUT IN OUR LIFE WE ALL ARE GOOD MOMS,SWEET PEOPLE WE SHOULD BE HAPPY AND WITH OUR BABIES NOT SAD .OK I'M SORRY FOR ALL THIS BUT I JUST NEEDED TO SAY THIS I LOVE YOU MY SISTER,I PRAY FOR ALL OF US EVERY NIGHT TELL YOUR FAMILY HELLO AND I'M SENDING YOU ALL A BIG BIG HUGE GOD BLESS YOU AND ALL MY SISTERS MOMS AND ALL OF OUR ANGELS TERRY{CEDRIC'S}MOM |

Terry, Talk about inhuman the animal that murdered Wendy, slept in the bed she murdered Wendy, and said on the witness stand she had sex with Wendy's husband the same night she murdered my child.... |

brenda,you are so right,they dont give a rats **** about what they have done ,its the fact they got caught.god forbid it if ever they asked me to visit that animal,i could not go.the animal that murdered my son,was like a celebrity at the committal trial, his family was taken photos of him while he was posing with his thumb up in the air,he was like some hero,the family think he is great,what part of HE MURDERED SOME INOCENT GUY WHO WAS MINDING HIS OWN BUSINESS my son,i will never forgive him ever,and NO THEY DONT REMEMBER NOR DO THEY CARE ...... love to u all deb xxxxx |

You know I'm glad someone else brought this up because the last week or so I've been thinking about it. I pray every night that this monster (we still do not know who it is) that killed my son and my older son's friend, is living in hell, that he has nightmares every night, that he sees my baby's face before he closes his eyes, that his life is miserable and he suffers daily. I'm sorry, I will never ever forgive him (or them), never ever! I know Jesus asks us to forgive, but I can't and I don't think I ever can. This person not only destroyed my life by taking away my baby boy, he destroyed my other two sons lives, his friends, his neighbors, his community. It not only affected my family, it affected everyone who knew him. This one single person destroyed so many people, brokes so many hearts, (the other guy he was with had a baby) they took a baby's daddy away from her, she will never grow up to see him. My son was only 15 he had his whole life ahead of him and this monster in a split second took all this away and destroyed so many lives, and broke so many hearts. I will never forgive him. I hope he is suffering a miserable life every single day, I hope he suffers suffers suffers. And if he isn't, then God sure better make him pay later. I pray for this every day. God please make this monster pay for what he did. |

I dont think they remember the day...However, I do think they remember the face and the cries. The meetings for POMC are on the 3rd Sat of every month. I believe that Julio's killer will be caught because he will confess to somone, and I believe, they can use that information. Michelle's trial has been cancelled once again, to Nov. 15, 2007.Downtown LA. room 108. Pat OKeefe |

Deb(Dwaynes mum) I know how it broke your heart watching that animal and his family.. The judge that presided over the trial refused to excuse himself from the trial even though he was very good friends with the animals' family. During recess of the jurors, I was out on the balcony smoking and was talking to one of the detectives. My cousin came and said, "Brenda, you need to get back in there." I ask, "Why?" She said, "That piece of **** is sitting with her family and they are hugging her, kissing her, telling her out much they love her. She and her mother are changing shoes." She then said, "Your sister is over there going off on them and really to fight them all." I went back into the courtroom and found one of the deputies and ask him, "What is going on? Why is she over there with her family?" He said, "The judge gave her permission to sit with her family." I said, "You go into the judge's chamber and tell him to give my daughter permission to dig herself 6 foot out of the ground and come sit with her family, and if she does, I do not have a problem with that animal sitting with her family." He took off running to the judge's chamber, went in, came back out and made her go back to the defense table.. He was the judge over all three trials.. Had it not been for that and I thought it would be a fair trial.. I would never went with that plea bargain. It was a circus with him trying to show support to her family.. |

hello michelle,had to reply to this one,my son's murder's don't have a heart or a mind,i saw my one of tony's murderer's in court for the first time,and he look at me and smile and laugh,i jump up and told him he was going to rot in hell!!my 15 year old son didn't bother eany one he was so sweet and kind,he wouldn't have hurt these a***holes like they hurt him,no heart,and the other one who still's walk's the street's eat,sleep,talk to family,it seem's like it doesn't bother him that he killed a child!!these were men who killed my tony,not kid's,and to hear tony's dad has something to do with this also,blow's my mind,as a mother i have a heart,i love all my children,and to lose my son to the hand's of sick mined as**holes just makes me angry each day to know that this world is so hate full!!mom's i feel loss,can't understand why??i love to help other's my sweet child would do the same,hate does not love,it does not help you move on,it just want it means hate!!!michelle and to my sister mom's we have loss but at the very end of our pain we will gain again by being with our beautiful children once again,and no one will take away no more from us!!i love you all!!tony's-mom-michelle |

THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR INPUT. THIS QUESTION JUST BURNS ME UP INSIDE. I MEAN, WE ALL FEEL REMORSE WHEN WE WRONG SOMEONE, BUT TO MURDER SOMEONE AND NOT REMEMBER WHEN YOU DID IT.... I GUESS IT JUST GOES TO SHOW HOW EVIL THIS WORLD REALLY IS.... I TRY SO HARD NOT TO HURT ANYONE'S FEELINGS, OR UPSET THEM. I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO IMAGINE THESE MONSTERS WHO JUST GO AROUND KILLING PEOPLE AND HAVE NO REMORSE OR EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES!! WE ARE EXPECTED TO JUST SIT BACK AND LET THE SYSTEM HANDLE THINGS... WELL, IF SOMEONE IN THEIR FAMILY (THE D.A.'S) GOT MURDERED, YOU CAN BET THAT THE ENTIRE FORCE WOULD BE OUT THERE TO TRACK DOWN THE MURDERER AND THEY WOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST!! BUT NOW MY SON'S CASE HAS BEEN SITTING ON A DESK OR IN A FILE OR WHATEVER IT IS THEY DO WITH THEM, FOR FOUR YEARS NOW!! IF A COPS KID OR A JUDGES KID OR WHATEVER, IS MURDERED YOU SEE IT ALL OVER THE NEWS!! THEY DONT GIVE UP UNTIL THEY FIND THEM!! I DONT KNOW MAYBE IM WAY OFF TRACK HERE BUT I UPSET!! In my case yes the little !@#$#!! who shot my son remembers. My son was shot accross the street from a building that bears his name. I don't believe for a second that is coincidental. The day is the day after the Pope died. He will never forget, not as long as I am living. |

Hi Michelle: I know the demons that killed our children remember exactly what they did but the question is do they care and we all know the answer is HELL NO!!! And if they don't remember here on earth they WILL remember when they are burning in Hell. I pray that you will see the murderers pay for what they did to Julio.
