Oh Happy Day!
Hi MOMS, I just received word today that the witness who had disappeared in Joshua's murder trial has been arrested in Arizona and will be sent back to Colorado to testify against Carlos Ford-Vigil. The murder charges will be reinstated and looks like trial sometime next year. What a Christmas present. Keep praying Kay |

Kay, I am so glad to hear this and yes this is a wonderful Christmas present. Dear Lord, I pray that all the murderers and monsters who took our children's precious lives and even those who were duplicitous in the murders are brought to extreme and swift justice. Amen |

Thank you Connie, Randi and Michelle. This is no way will make up for the loss but at least it will bring some closure for the family as to who did it and why. Not really looking forward to the trial, but than again I will be there everyday so Carlos can look at my face. I pray for justice for all our children who have been stolen away, either God's or man justice will work for me. In a way I wish the streets would deal out their justice so they can die the way they lived. Runnin around like wild pack animals in the street and taken by those same animals they run with. I can't thank all you MOMS enough for being here when I just needed to vent and thought I was all alone in this battle. I know I still have some valleys ahead and am preparing myself for them now. I pray all MOMS will get what they seek in time before we all lose what little minds we may have left (smile). VENGEANCE IS MINE saih the Lord and I have to trust in that. Bless you all and know I come here daily although I don't reply unless it strikes a chord in me. |

Dear kay, What a smile to my face your post brought, not as bright as Joshua's but a smile nonetheless! I am so happy to hear this news. "They can run, but they can't hide" comes to mind. And I keep close to my heart that God sees ALL. There is simply no escaping for evil. Keep us updated on the court process. It is daunting, but important. We love you! Congratulations Kay: I'm so happy that you received the news that murder charges will be reinstated for Joshua. This is wonderful news and the best Christmas present you could have received given the circumstances. Thanks for asking Lorre, Matt and Brie and the grandbaby are all doing as well as can be expected for this time of year. I am trying to make it a better Christmas than last year, as I couldnt do much for anyone. Brie has moved into an apartment with 3 other friends. So it is only me, Matt and my grandbaby at home now. Matt and Brie were so excited they finally arrested this 'witness' Brie was shouting at work when I told her the news. As a side note I have asked the detective whether one gun was used to shoot Joshua or two. The autopsy report describes the bullet differently that was taken from his head than the ones taken from his body. The detective won't answer so I posed it to the DA's office and have not heart from them either. It is just bugging me and I need to know the answer. Thank you Tracey too for the prayers and I always include all my mother/sistas in my prayers nightly. I hope the holidays are safe for all and not too stressful. |
