Update to Myles' case
There are some people in this world who will do ANYTHING for money. A private investigator (working for Mr. Animal, I mean Mr. Ahmad) actually called my Aunt over the weekend to get information to help the animal responsible for Myles. death. Thats right folks this woman had the NERVE, DISRESPECT and DISHONOR to try and get my family to help the man responsible for our Myles' death. At no point did she tell my Aunt that she was sorry for our loss, at no point did she call my son by his name, but she referred to her client, Mr. Ahmad over and over again. At one point my Aunt said that she even tried to put some spin on the events of that morning by trying to insinuate that someone else coulda, shoulda, woulda be in the house. Yet, her client was the only one who ran away from the scene only to be found by the US Marshalls days later...... We live in a truly sick world and our justice system needs some definite changes as the accused has many more rights than the victim and the victim's family. I pray that we get a jury that can see through this nonsense and deceit. This animal will kill again if he is let out of prison and his lack of remorse and unwillingness to face the crime he committed bears that out. |

Dear Michelle, I am sorry to hear this. I hope that your Aunt gave her an earful! The attorneys for the defendant in my case also have an investigator. He slithers around the court, trying to listen in on our conversations and has repeatedly tried to lay culpablilty on my family for their own murders! Yes, they must have angered the defendant...the scenario they dreamed up was so ridiculous that I believe that is when they changed their plea from "not guilty" to "not guilty by reason of insanity" because they knew their lies would not fly in court, better to just say the defendant was crazy at the time. I have a mental list of people who I think are going to Hell. Sounds like you'll be forming one to! Nothing surprises me anymore, but these things do make me sad. Dear Michelle, I'm sorry that you have to go through yet another horrible event. You're right, some will do ANYTHING for money. I don't understand though, is that legal for the murderer's attorney to call the victims family members? Sounds like they are all slime rats. I do not know much about the system yet, I'm learning. At times I don't even want to get to that chapter in my life, but I know that I must. This just all feels like a nightmare to me and so unreal. I will pray also that you get a good jury to see through that animal's lies. |

Hi Randi, how are you dear? Yes, it is completely legal for the defendant's attorneys and investigators to try and question whomever they want in connection to the case. We have been told that we have to answer NOTHING. But as you said it is still so painful for someone to have so little regard for your pain and suffering that they would call on you (on a Sunday at that) and ask you to help the animal believed to have killed your nephew. My aunt was so intrigued by the call that she spoke to the PI thinking the whole time "this is just unbelievable" |

Michelle, The slaps in the face never seem to stop! Tell everyone in your family to tell ANYONE other than the DA, to kiss their ASS if calling to squeeze out information from your grieving family. I would gladly punch them in the face for you, if I could. Love, Yvonne |
