Blood Presser
I'm having trouble keeping my blod presser down.My doctor tells me it stess.I'm on a lot of blood presser md.As onyone had this .Iam so angry that these other people are still walking around. Thank you for listening.May God be with each of us. BOBBIE Lee's mom |

Yes, Bobbie I went to the doctor for broncitis and was pressure was 150/100. The doctor said these numbers were in stroke range and that if my pressure didn't go down I would have to take blood pressure medicine. Thank God when I went back, it had dropped to 130/90 and she said that was okay considering what I'm going through. I know its easier said than done but please let some of your anger go because you are only hurting yourself. Believe me, God will take care of them, they may be walking around now but one day they will be burning in hell. God Bless You Tracey (Terrell's MOM) |

Dear Bobbie, They say that exercising and eating right can lower your blood pressure (as I'm sure you've heard). But stress like ours is not anything that can go away. Like Tracey, I am comforted by the fact that all of these murderers will be judged by a God who is righteous and ANGRY. Yes, He is a loving God but He doesn't suffer people who defy Him. Look in your bible for some of the illustrations of this. Maybe this will give you some peace. Or write down your thoughts and put them in a jar, when Billy Lee's killers are caught, you can burn them. Remember, they have not gotten away with anything. They will pay for all of eternity. Hi Bobbie, my blood pressure has been up since my sons murder. I bought a monitor so I can check it myself. It fluctuates on any given day. Some days as high as 196/115 and others 134/94 (which is acceptable.) I am trying Relacore (Over the counter stress reliever at WalMart) and drinking Red Wine daily. The Relacore seems to help me in doing my daily chores whereas if I don't take it I just vegetate and think not too good thoughts. I do have some water pills my Dr prescribed, but don't like to take prescription drugs. Hang in there and try some natural products. |

Hi Bobbie, Its good to know I am not alone in having to take meds for high blood presser. I was just put on Atacand 3 weeks ago. My presser was staying around 170/100. Its so sad to have to fight to live when part of you just wants to stop living. Its a battle I fight all the time. |

Hi Bobbie, I too now have high blood pressure - running at 160/100 if I don't take my meds. It is definately stress related - I have a myriad of nagging health problems now. Stay on your meds it will help regulate it. Take care- Onna |
